What Does Pranava Mean?

From Words of Our Master

The whole world has evolved from Om;
The whole word is sustained by Om;
The whole world will merge into Om-
In Om resides my strength--Sivayave.

Within Om is everything. Om is all. Om is present everywhere, like light--Chit .
'Thy will be done' -- that is the same as Om.
If you say Om, you can order what you want.
Om Tat Sat Om. Tat is God. Sat -'you are' or ' you is.' Chit is light, being everywhere, omnipresence. Om is all. (Devotee: Why is Om said twice?) Because it is all.
