Ajaya Family House Blessing
Saivite Priest, Ananth Sivachariar, begins the rituals with Punita and Hotranatha Ajaya.
At the entry of the house, Punita places kunkum on the threshold.
Ananth Shastri chants after offering has been made to Agni. In the background are friends attending the home blessing.
Everyone joins in the pradakshina around the homa kunda.
Ananth Shastri blesses everyone with water from the kumbam.
Now Lord Ganesha resides in the family’s puja room.
