I looked up the Sun Yogi: I read up his short biography, very interesting 🙂 His name is Sunyogi Umasankar.
You know, Since I was little I also always felt very inclined to stare at the sun, no matter how much elder people told me that was bad to do. It’s almost as if it’s something that I had to do. And many times I also feel my body wants to reject sleep, and food.
All of this reminds me very much of the first chapters of Lemurian Scrolls.
"Stand strong for Saivism." The nature of life for Saivites is to turn work into worship, to turn the secular into the sacred. Each day give a little extra warmth, humanness and upliftment to others. Every day is a holy day, all day long. We want to follow our religion even in our dreams. If we help someone, we're worshiping. Wherever we are, that's a place of worship. "To the Saivite Hindu all of life is sacred. All of life is religion."
