Sun Two
Today was Ashram Sadhana day at the monastery. All morning the monk spent cleaning, cleaning and cleaning. We also has a steady stream or pilgrims and visitors as usual.
Also spring has arrived. Flowers are popping open every where and all kinds of marvelous plants are bursting forth with sprays of blossoms.
Bronze Iraivan Takes Up Residence in the Minimela
A new feature graces our Minimela visitor’s center. it is the bronze model of Iraivan sitting center stage in the main room. This will eventually be place on the hand of Hanuman, another giant statue being carved, depicting Gurudeva’s vision of Lord Hanuman carrying the Iraivan temple from India to Hawaii.
When Hanuman is set up in the special place to be called “Hanuman Landing” we move this model to it final home.
How exquisite and remarkable in every detail!
Abhishekam Water Receptacle
Here is special piece for Iraivan which sits outside the sanctum of Iraivan underneath the spout from which the abhishekam waters from the Maha spatika lingam will flow.
