Innersearch Kauai 2010 Diary – Day Four

Reporting on the day of June 15, 2010:
Our day commenced early with a refreshing session of hatha yoga and meditation led by Acharya Kumarswami, which was followed by outdoor satsang with Bodhinatha on God, Soul and World in Vedanta and Saiva Siddhanta. In the afternoon, some Innersearchers joined Acharya Kumarswami, Acharya Arumugaswami, Sannyasin Senthilnathaswami and Sadhaka Satyanatha on a silent nature hike, during which we concentrated on witnessing God Siva’s presence, and therefore the nature of our very souls, in everything around us, all the exotic flora and fauna of the Koke’e mountain forest. The incredible day culminated in another great performance, this time by Kumu Hula Mauli’ola Cook, a Hawaiian storyteller who regaled us with tales of ancient Hawaiian myths and legends in an energetic, dramatic style out on the grass surrounded by tiki torches on a beautiful, clear night in the forest. It mesmerized everyone.
