Bodhinatha Comes Home to Bless the Arch
Bodhinatha arrived home this afternoon. We had prepared a special surprise for him: the blessing of the newly installed archway.
Jai Satguru Bodhinatha Veylanswamiki Jai!
The arati for the arriving holy man is held at the new entrance.
Lighting the lamp
Breaking the coconut.
Bodhinatha offers a shower of flowers and then takes the first step through the archway.
The traditional gift giving to the silpis.
Then everyone passes through, throwing a handful of flowers up to the archway.
It’s good to have our two brothers, Shanmuganathswami and Siddhinathaswami home too!
Guest of Honor — Radhanath Swami
Today we were blessed to have the holy presence of Radhanatha Swami from the Radha Gopinath Mandir in Mumbai, India. A pure, humble radiant soul he has a large following in India and has always wanted to visit Kauai Aadheenam.
He was impressed with the darshan of Kadavul temple and Iraivan.
Brother Bruno and Amma Debora
Our brother and amma are coming to visit daily.

Bodhinatha's Latest Upadesha: "Detachment from Experiences; Importance of Daily Vigil" (May 5, 2013)
All experiences are good experiences, necessary to get us here. Awareness of aspects of ourselves that are constantly changing is a liberating perception, breaking our chains to mundane areas, detaching from instinctive and intellectual to go into superconscious. The greatest challenge facing youth today is the lack of relating to the devotional side of Hinduism. Daily practice, daily vigil, moves us forward spiritually. Commentary on Merging with Siva, The Master Course, Lesson 21.
