Toshadevi Nataraj pilgrimaged for mahasamadhi observances with her children Vanore (right) and Lily. They live on St. Lucia island in the Caribbean (our prayers go out to the island’s residents, who suffered a devastating hurricane just a few days ago). The rest of her family has already visited here in the last few years. The family formally studies the Master Course trilogy and Toshadevi is now an Arulsishya of Saiva Siddhanta Church.

Priest Kumar Kurukkal at Iraivan Temple

Priest Kumar Kurukkal, who performed the Sivaya Subramuniyaswami mahasamadhi puja for us, is very adept with decorating Deities. He was eager to share these photos of how he decorated Goddess Lakshmi during Navaratri at the Hindu Temple of Greater Tulsa, Oklahoma where he is currently employed.
