Many of Gurudeva talks from our archives are precious and powerful moments with our Siddha Guru. Today we offer you this short guided meditation that Gurudeva gave the monks one day in November, 1996. You can right-click to download the file and use it in your morning meditations.
Jai Gurudeva! Moolingshum! This is very helpful and thank you dear monks for providing this introduction for us. I have been working and trying my best this month with tyemuif and balikana and learning the first 18 alphabetic images. Hearing Our Gurudeva is such a blessing. I have so much work to do yet and this is a very slow begining for me but this gives me hope that I will succeed. Shum is so much fun. It is awesome and a great challenge for me. I pray for the confidence to persevere.Aum Behaishum
Bodhinatha continues with his weekly series of commentaries on The Path to Siva. In this past Sun One talk, he elucidates the four key beliefs in Hinduism, the three pillars of Sanatana Dharma and Gurudeva's three stages of faith. Primary to Hinduism is the key belief that God is within each of us. To have a well-rounded understanding and experience of Hinduism, to make spiritual progress, adhyatma vikasha, we need scripture, humility, temple worship, devotion. To fully experience God we need the guru to give the spark for meditation and deeper wisdom.
