Ashram Sadhana Day
It’s Ashram Sadhana day at the Aadheenam. The whole monastery worked on cleaning in Kadavul temple for the first 30 minutes of the morning as a new program to keep the temple sparkly each month.

Awesome! Can you explain the process of designing an Ashrama Sadhana day? This might be helpful for Ghrishastas to create one for families at home! Jai Ganapati!

Ashram sadhana day is the day when the sadhana is to make the ashram actnic. All the elements that hinder the flow of actinic force are removed, such as old junk, unclean surroundings and poorly planned elements of the immediate environment. Broken items are also repaired. The focus is on simplicity.
It only takes one morning a month.
