End of Phase
It is the end of a short four-day phase. The Ganapati Kulam gave their report today. There has been a lot of focus this phase on the upgrade of our Himalayan Academy site that will be coming in the next few months. Thanks to the generosity of those who donated to the Digital Dharma Drive we will be able to move our web site and offerings to a new level.
We are in the planning stages now, focusing first on making all our existing resource more available and more easily accessible to our viewers. We will also be using a dynamic page assembly system and “opening up” sections of the web page to allow full horizontal use of the “canvas” for video, slideshows and large photos. Stay tuned.
Wonders From the Aadheenam Farm – Giant Papaya
Sadhaka Adhinatha brought this papaya to breakfast this morning. We asked Muruganathaswami to pose for us.
It is as big as a basketball!
The Siddhidata Kulam has been carefully collecting seeds from the trees that are most productive in our often very damp weather. We are slowly developing our own breed of Kauai Aadheenam papayas, cultivars whose seeds grow true generation after generation.

Bodhinatha's Latest Upadesha: "Detachment from Experiences; Importance of Daily Vigil" (May 5, 2013)
All experiences are good experiences, necessary to get us here. Awareness of aspects of ourselves that are constantly changing is a liberating perception, breaking our chains to mundane areas, detaching from instinctive and intellectual to go into superconscious. The greatest challenge facing youth today is the lack of relating to the devotional side of Hinduism. Daily practice, daily vigil, moves us forward spiritually. Commentary on Merging with Siva, The Master Course, Lesson 21.
