Fake Meat Hits the Market Place/
Some years back biologists discoverd stem cells in muscle tissue. These cells have the capacity to live virtually forever and and be teased to produce different kinds of tissue. With the ethical issue of using stem cells from human embryos out of the way, scientists are steaming ahead with research on culturing meat from single muscle cells taken from animals.
