“Once a profound relationship is developed with Lord Muruga, then with the guru’s permission and guidance, true yoga may commence. Otherwise, no matter how long one sits in meditation, no matter how hard one tries, it is just sitting, it is just trying. ”

Very profound…as there so many new age teachers out there that teach meditation like eckhart tolle and j.krishnamurti that say all you need to do is sit down and be aware and you’ll eventually attain enlightenment by yourself through your own effort. This makes you think it requires a lot more effort not from yourself but also a lot of effort through a guru and a lot of worship to build a relationship with Murugan.

An absolutely amazing work of divine art…
