Wishing Vel a Nice Journey Home
Tomorrow, Brahmachari Vel leaves Kauai to return home to Mauritius. He's been here for about three months and we are very thankful for all the seva he has done during his stay. His humble service to the monastery and to his guru has been a great example.

Merry travels! Thank you for the tiny gold Ganesha you gifted me, on the day I was leaving the Monastery, to fly home to my island. I put it right above the steering wheel, on the dash board of my truck. Now Ganesha is there to remove the obstacles, as I drive through life and…each day, as I climb into the driver’s seat, I remember you, Vel.
