This one is the famous rule of Yama. To restrain anger, then one can be sure to be on the way to the final destination of moksha. However anger arises, when the three Malas are still strongly binding the individual to this first plane of existence. As one evolve spiritually, the materiality of the causes of anger fades off, everything ultimately falls in place.
