This page provides the following information.
Dates January 15th to February 4 from Siem Reap, Cambodia, to Kovalam, Kerala Enrollment Fees From US$3,330 per person (double occupancy). Fees cover, for the duration of the program, accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner meals (all vegetarian) that are ordered by the trip coordinator; Himalayan Academy tuition and group excursions; boat, coach and rail transportation; and the following airfares: •One-way from Siem Reap, Cambodia, to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; •Round-trip from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi Island (Malaysia); •One-way from Kuala Lumpur to Chennai, India. Participants are responsible to provide their own travel arrangements to Siem Reap, Cambodia, where our program begins, and return home from Kerala, India. Prices also do not include personal incidentals, beverages, laundry and optional private excursions. Prices are based on cost, international airfares and exchange rates at time of publication and are subject to change. Please inquire for youth and child discounts. Deposits A US$700-per-person deposit is required with each application, of which US$250 is nonrefundable. If paying by check, please make checks payable to “Search Beyond Adventures" and mail to Himalayan Academy in Hawaii. If your application is not approved, we will refund your entire deposit. Enrollment occurs upon approval of your application by Himalayan Academy, which reserves the right to qualify participants. Enrollment is based on a first-come, first-served basis Travel Insurance Himalayan Academy's 2008 Asian Odyssey Innersearch is conducted in association with Search Beyond Adventures, Inc. Travel insurance, which covers medical and cancellation, is available on this tour and is recommended to protect your investment. Himalayan Academy has the right to substitute staff, activities and itinerary in the course of unforeseen circumstances. Search Beyond Adventures, Inc. and Himalayan Academy are prepared to provide a safe and enjoyable tour. But, as in any outdoor or travel experience, risk to body or property may be present. Participants applying for this tour do so at their own risk, and release Search Beyond Adventures, Inc. and Himalayan Academy and its employees and volunteers from liability for any harm to person or property that may occur. Participants may wish to seek the advice of their physician before going on the trip. Neither Search Beyond Adventures, Inc. nor Himalayan Academy can assume responsibility for any medical expenses that may occur if the participant must receive medical care. Applicants are advised to carry their own medical insurance, traveler's insurance or medical assistance as needed. Phone orders are considered firm. Please ask for specific details.
