Instructions will include how and when to approach the media in their community, how to get these pieces published, for free, as part of the religion editors' work. We will then design a follow-up procedure whereby these same people are e-mailed a month before each festival, and reminded of the opportunity and urged to actually take the appropriate article, say Diwali, to the local paper.
