August 19, 1998	Gurudeva welcomed the guests to the morning pre-dawn homa and then read from the Yajur Veda today, "Lead me from unreality to reality. Lead me from darkness to light. Lead me from death to immortality." Then added: "This is why we are here on Earth. This is the reason we are in a physical body. This is the goal before us. To get there, control of karma is needed. Good karma is prana that is flowing smoothly, the rest is made of pranas that are twisted up and not flowing. We have a choice as to which way our pranas will flow and therefore which way our karmas will go." Cybertalk: To be centered in the eternal now is discussed by Gurudeva, how the past and the future all exist right now. The eternity of the moment exists in its totality right now.
