Today is JAZ minus 1 (the day before we finish this month's issue of Hinduism Today), an intense day for the editorial team, which is focused 108% on fine-tuning the articles for this month's magazine. At 9am Fed Ex just dropped a major piece of art on our doorstep that had been delayed (sent to the island of Maui by mistake!), from India, and we are scanning and color correcting that, much later in the cycle than we like to be. But there are no problems at Kauai Aadheenam, as we say to ourselves, just opportunities for creative solutions. Here is a message from the manager of our temple carving site in Bangalore. I am really proud of the Siva bhatars who manifested the web site on digital dharma at Kauai. It is so informative and makes us feel that we are at Kauai. Immediately after my morning puja, I have the darshan of Gurudeva. What a technological advancement in spirituality. It is very inspiring to see Gurudeva in different poses. It will be nice to take a photo using a normal camera and sell them to our readers and members. It will be a wonderful collections, 365 photo per year! Vow. The photos will be more valuable then Gandhi's manuscripts. I am sure there are lots of buyers. You can include my name as the first buyer. I once again thank Gurudeva for bringing us so close. Aum Sivaya. Jiva Rajasankara. More pilgrims in the temple this morning, two large families sitting in silent worship of Siva, absorbing the darshan of the Deities. |
