Gurudeva spoke after the morning homa of the spirit of this Sun One:

"Desires follow desires, creating more desires. The Vedas speak of desires, and of how a man may become truly desireless, how we may avoid so many things by redirecting desires away from the world and toward the Self.

"Desire is not a lot of things. It is a one force, and we can control that force rather than have it control us. If we want to be born again and again, then do this simple thing: go on desiring things of this world."
