Gurudeva says the spirit of the day is "Just as water becomes one with water, you too can merge yourself in the higher qualities of your own soul." This is simply and beautifully contained in today's Vedic verse:

"Even as water becomes one with water,

fire with fire, and air with air,

so the mind becomes one

with the Infinite Mind

and thus attains final freedom."
