you were writing on water." Gurudeva ![]() It's Sun 4 today, and a more brisk October morning one could not imagine. We thought you would enjoy seeing how the Kaivalya Wish-Fulfilling Crystal Sivalingam is doing this morning. there it is, sitting in front of Siva Nataraja, waiting for Iraivan Temple to be completed so it can settle into its new home for a thousand years and more! ![]() And that is Siva Yogaswami in golden form. In front of him encased is a stainless steel cup he used during his life, one of our most precious possessions. ![]() This is a shot of the river and pond last night, with Waialeale in the background, just to the West of the monastery. The team is working on so many projects it is hard to summarize, impossible. From designing geckos (those little lizards that are everywhere in the tropics and that inspire stories and superstitions) for bumper stickers for our county, to working with photographers in Missouri to shoot the presses the magazine is printed on, to compiling lessons for our students and members, to trudging through the absolutely marvelous and professional comments by Professor Piejko who is helping us with the 1400-page galley of Merging with Siva, to collecting sacred seeds for a gift to Kashi Ashram in Florida, to preparing a Giant art package for one of our artists in India, to meeting with our journalists and mapping out the current issue stories, to getting our weekly town trip ready (we have two monks do the shopping for all 30 of us, to coordinating the mission of our Paramacharya bodhinathaswami in the little island nation of Mauritius (he just arrived today from Malaysia) to greeting our own Tiru Nelliappan to the Internet, our India Liason Officer in Chennai, to finding someone who can translate a little book from Gujarati into English (anyone out there know of someone able to do this?. to.....well, enough for today. |
