And these simple gatherings in a Border's store or at a Barnes and Noble had a subtle magical air...due to Gurudeva's remarkable "siddhi" of changing people's lives. Testimony after testimony we have received from those who may have met him only once, but whose lives were changed for ever. Though he did have many traditional yogic siddhis, he carefully "hid" these from public display. He would firmly admonish his monks not to "make a big deal" out of his clairvoyance and clairaudient powers and the "open channel" of communcations he had with the inner world beings, as he didn't want people to flock around him for the wrong reasons. But when we monks and his close devotees always told him that his "real magic", his highest siddhi, was the spiritual power of transformation he wrought in the hearts and minds of others, he would simply smile. This testimony came in today, from someone who only met him once at a book signing at a bookstore in Seattle Washington.

"Greetings of happiness to all of you. Thank-you for these updates. I have given much thought over the last month or so about the teachings of the Masters Course and how this has effected my life. So much has changed and it is because of the teachings that have found there way to my life. I want to thank God Shiva for this opportunity. I met Gurudeva only the once at a book signing in Washington State. It was an event that would forever be within my heart and soul. My husband was unsure of taking me to the book signing as it was a bit of a drive. But for me he went. As we drove there, the normally congested highway was almost completely clear! and as we drove to the signing, we noticed that there was one parking space left at the normally very busy book shop. We of course took the spot which was right out front of the main door. I was so happy as I knew that this was divine. I told my husband so. We entered the store and all around us were people all waiting to see Gurudeva. So much joy and happiness! As he entered the room, he spoke first to my husband. My husband was suddenly filled with smiles and his heart was happy that he had drove me to this signing. Just that simple greeting filled my husband with happiness and he listened closely to what Gurudeva had to say. We bought three books and had them signed by Gurudeva. The way was made open to us and a path was made within our hearts to receive the teachings. We are humbly blessed. aum aum "

Satguru Bodhinatha has the great, but joyous task of perpetuating everything Gurudeva set in motion. Gurudeva was indeed a Rishi in modern times, laying the foundation and setting patterns for Saivism to flourish for the next 1000 years.

Cybertalk: Sometimes we don't hear the high "ee" sound. Gurudeva says it is only there when the subconscious mind is free of problems, conflict and unresolved issues. We know they are unresolved by the frequency we think about them. The challenge is to admit when there is a conflict and then get rid of it. Everyone on the planet has gone or will go through the same experiences--make the same mistakes. The key is to learn from them and move one. We are progressing much more quickly when we're really committed to not making mistakes.
