 "Until we have peace in our own heart, we can't hope for peace in the world. Peace is the natural state of the mind. It is there, inside, to be discovered in meditation, maintained through self-control, and then radiated out to others. The best way to promote peace is to teach families to be peaceful within their own homes by settling all conflicts quickly. At a national and international level, we will enjoy more peace as we become more tolerant. Religious leaders can help by teaching their congregations how to live in a world of differences without feeling threatened, without forcing their ways or will on others. World bodies can make laws which deplore and work to prevent crimes of violence. It is only when the higher-nature people are in charge that peace will truly come. There is no other way, because the problems of conflict reside within the low-minded group who only know retaliation as a way of life. The Vedas beseech, "Peace be to the earth and to airy spaces! Peace be to heaven, peace to the waters, peace to the plants and peace to the trees! May all the Gods grant to me peace! By this invocation of peace may peace be diffused!" Aum Namah Sivaya."

Cybertalk: Affirmation Part 3 of 3. Gurudeva developed an affirmation for his married devotees and just finished editing it just a few weeks before his mahasamadhi. Bodhinatha shares this affirmation with everyone and talks about its meaning. We need to communicate the major decisions of our live to our guru. The most common problem among initiates communicating with the Aadheenam is not sharing the major decisions every time. The same problem happens with writing notes to the inner world beings: there are gaps in the asking for help.

Long back Thiru Jiva Rajasankar invited me to Bangalore. On 4th May i went to Bangalore with my wife and my son Arumugam. We visited at the the Carving place of Sanmuga Iraivan Temple.
I saw the Carving works of Iraivan Temple. Really, the sculpture work was very fine and nice and super. I found and understand the silpies and the carvers are working with their full skills.
We spent some hours with Jiva Rajasankar family and we returned back with joyful hearts. We are taking opportunity to thank you and the monastery for making that kind of wonderful works that will explain the hindu culture to our new generations. æ

We have a nice note expressing thanks for the wonderful 'Today At Kauai Aadheenam' website. It says, "Ann, my daughter enjoys all the cute cat pictures and wants me to ask when a movie is going to be put up".
Well, we were going to do it last week, but the little bulb on our camera had to be replaced. So, we are getting it all together and maybe next week or the week after we'll have our very, very first video on 'Today at Kauai Aadheenam'. We are happy that you and your mother enjoy our electronic ashram and we'll be in real visual/audio, video very, very soon.
Today, we want to talk about love.
Love is a very important thing in everybody's life, but there are several kinds of love. The kind of love for the spiritual path people is loving the spirit within everyone, overlooking their faults, overlooking their good points, overlooking their bad points. Just love the energy within everybody, because that is Siva's energy within everybody and that energy doesn't go away, doesn't disappoint you. It never leaves you because wherever they are in the world and whatever they do to you or to others that you disapprove of, you can still love the energy because it is the same energy.
Similar to the television, the light that lights up the picture. You can love the light that lights up the picture, and that is energy too, regardless if it lights up a bad picture or a good picture. It is the same energy. So, choose the highest form of love and avoid many disappointments in life, many heartbreaks and heartaches.
Isn't that good advice? That is certainly good advice! I am speaking to somebody out there in cyberspace who needs to hear this, this very moment. We have a list of countries here, countries I have never heard of, that are tuning in to 'Today At Kauai Aadheenam'. Greece, Thailand, Indonesia, Ukraine, Israel, Slovania, China, Finland, Peru, Hongkong, Columbia, Bolivia, St. Lucia, Belgium, Japan, Spain, Norway, Ireland, India, Sri Lanka, just to name a few.
We want to greet each and everyone of you in cyberspace. You are having my darshan, I am having your darshan and we are enjoying each other. What are we enjoying? We are enjoying the beautiful energy, which is the same energy in me and the same energy in you. There is only one energy, Siva's energy, that pervades the universe. Think about that. Meditate upon that . Change your life for the better.
