Gurudeva is received by a Tamil community in the traditional way while on the European Innersearch, 2001.

NOTE: Today is Sun Two of this phase. We had some connectivity issues with our T1 line yesterday and were not able to post TAKA until today. We had a quiet day today and we are posting the photos and story we prepared from yesterday. All is well at the Aadheenam.

Bodhinatha, Guru Purnima, 2003.

Bodhinatha's Sun One Video. Most Recent update: September 12, 2003. Bodhinatha speaks on Ahimsa, noninjury, yama #1, which is noninjury in thought, word and deed. The law of karma decrees that it is wise not to harm or hurt others, for we will then receive harm and hurt in exchange in the future. 12 minutes, 29 seconds.

We start our phase today with Lord Ganesha in Kadavul Temple. After two dynamic and event filled "exciting" festival phases, the Aadheenam is back to a very quiet mode.

Sun one homa....

The fire was really up today as Bodhinatha burned a giant basket of prayers.

Sadhaka Jivananandanatha at his regular Sun One recording duty. Bodhinatha's talks are recorded and digitized directly to the computer.

Stay tuned for his talk from today. It was a short but powerful one on refining our relationships.

More wonderful activities from our missions in Asia. Mohana Vilashiny send this report:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The youth of Saiva Siddhanta Church once again combined efforts to raise funds for the upcoming Iraivan Fund Raising Activities in Malaysia through their yearly Deepavali Caroling. Kailasam Sinnathamby led these highly spirited young people who visit from 7-10 different homes a day for the whole of 2 weeks prior to Deepavali Celebration.
Here we bring you some of the shots taken during this activity.
Invoking Ganesha for a great start of the Bhajan Session. Kailasam Sinnathamby shows the arati to invoke Lord Ganesha.
The Bhajan session follows then....Deep into the praise of the Gods...
More shots taken as we cover more houses.
Kailasam poses for us during the Bhajan.
Each Bhajan session is concluded by performing an arati at the shrine room.
and given to all present there...
Each family is presented with the Island Temple Magazine, Gurudeva's picture and articles of Iraivan Temple as a token of appreciation for their donation and to spread awareness about the temple to these people.
A group photo with one of the family who has been following Gurudeva's teachings for a number of years.
Each activity should have elements of joy and fun. Here is a shot of one of those....
Among the shot taken at few of the houses covered on the last day....
Great food waited for us after that....
On our last day....Kailasam thanks everyone for all efforts and dedication shown during this activity. A testimonial session followed then...
Chandramogan tells how much he enjoyed being there for the activity and hopes that more activities such as this are held in the future....
