Cybertalk: Bodhinatha spoke of writing prayers to the devas, bringing Gurudeva's insights and flows forward. Our own practice began in 1973 when the Kadavul Nataraja deity arrived from India, bringing with it thousands of devas. Prayers should always be burned in a temple that has special arrangements with the devas, of which there are only a few. He reminded us to send prayers 3 days in advance and not the day before. Use black ink and white paper for prayers.
