Today we talk a walk out to see how what the silpis are doing at Iraivan.

The are working on the placement of the floor stones. These large stones are meticulously fitted and set into a bed of sand.

They have started at the North East corner of the temple.

Chidambaram Sthapati carefully checks the alignment.

Now that we have an experience architect and master builder on site, much of the load of overseeing every move has been taken off of Yoginathaswami's shoulders.

With the scaffolding removed you can go inside and Iraivan feels like being in India...

The weekly tour conducted a few days ago by Deva and Amala Seyon.

Deva writes: "It is inspiring to see the faces of the these open souls as they view the magnificent beauty and feel the inner peace of the Aadheenam. The entire tour could be given in silence, but of course we want to introduce Gurudeva and Bodhinatha and offer a small introduction to the most loving, profound and forgiving faith on the planet. Today the tour kept growing and growing with the addition of the crew of a docking cruise ship (crew members from both North and South India), a bus from Kula High School with their teacher (they are currently studying Hinduism). The "sea of faces" seemed to be constantly smiling in appreciation of all that Gurudeva has gifted to the world.

Kala High School Boys with their teacher working on a peacock! This teacher used to come with his wife and visit Gurudeva in the 80's. He always felt it was a great blessing in his life.
