The Beginning of Another Phase
Kauai Aadheenam follows the lunar calander, thus today marks the auspicious day to begin our week of worship, seva, sadhana. Satguru's talk focused on self-control and studying the moral and ethical teachings of Tiruvalluvar's Tirukural. To master self-control while ardently focused on family and work is indeed the goal of grihasta dharma.
As we go through the slideshow, enjoy and reflect these passages from the Ashtavakra Gita. Sage Ashtavakra is speaking to Janaka, the king of their land at the time, and explaining who and what is really in this body and behind every appearance.

The slideshow definitely resonated with vibrant peace. Adi is correct. It is a great joy to witness and it has made my day, especially the Human-Faced Ganesha! Aum.

Jai Jai Shree Maha Ganesh!
I wish to express my humblest feeling. Iraivan Temple is “where East meets West”. One feels the energy of Lord Siva when the pujas and homas are posted and shared. In addition, thru the Swamis serving Lord Siva I receive many answers to the questions in my mind. E.g., I have been searching for this e Human-Faced Ganesha Deity in India, and to see it is the ultimate joy in my spiritual journey. I have printed it and will worship him everyday! Thank you Swamis!
Aum Namasivaya!
