Chinnu Arrives

Chinnu, our former silpi and monastery cook, has just arrived at the monastery. Chinnu is an amazing chef from India and is staying here until Oct 2020. He will be cooking for the silpis as well as the monks. We are very grateful and joyous to have him here.

Stay tuned for some of Chinnu's gourmet dishes.
