A Work of Art for Gurudeva’s Jayanti
Jai Gurudeva!
Yesterday would have been Sivaya Subramuniyaswami’s 93rd Jayanti. To celebrate the occasion, Natalie Levin sketched for us this wonderful portrait of Gurudeva.
Aum Namah Sivaya.
“To transcend the mind and reach the ultimate goal, seekers need the guidance of a satguru, an enlightened master who has followed the path to its natural end and can lead them to the Divine within themselves.” – Gurudeva

Wow Natalie! You have captured the wind . . . the moon . . . the stars . . . Yes, the life of our life.
Over the past 3 weeks of holiday pilgrims – thousands payed homage to Sadasiva on their way to Kadavul . . . he was worshiped with fruits and flowers, garlands and countless prayers of the heart. Much Love to you and Jim Natalie.

Jai Gurudeva! To have walked the earth with such a great soul is a treasured gift. Gurudeva has touched so many lives with his extraordinary vision, creativity, passion and wisdom. He is a fountain that continues to spread the living truth.
It is my privilege and Darshana to honor him with this drawing, as his spirit flowed through me as I drew him.
Thank you for your kind comments 🙏🏼
