   Hari Om.
   Truly inspiring words of wisdom.
   I will be blessed if you could enlighten me on one topic. On the example of the seed – I am able to comprehend a seed , simply because I am able to relate to its many dimensions/manifestations and these are subject to my senses-sense of sight, touch etc. On a different plane if I try to see the origin of my being , I understand expressions such as – Self, supreme consciousness but find it hard to relate to. As an example how do I understand energy, frequency and vibration. These are concepts , true in essence but I find it hard to get myself oriented.
   I have started my journey with the Master course and I am trying to find a way to anchor on something to understand these abstractions.
   Please guide me.
