Donating Blood; Aryan Invasion; Caste

Today Gurudeva answers a question about whether or not one should donate blood. Gurudeva explains that this will connect one person to another, which is good when done within a family, but may not be so good otherwise. Then Sati in Penang, Malaysia, gets two questions answered. First a short answer about the Aryan invasion theory, which is more and more being dismissed by historians and scholars, and Gurudeva's main discourse today is in response to the caste system.

In practicing affectionate detachment, we are learning to live in the here and now, right in the moment. We are awakening the power of direct cognition, the power that enables us to understand what happens, when it happens and why it happens.
