Battle with anger, Ending long relationships

Unedited Transcript:

Cybertalk: A cyberspace devotee has a battle with anger and holds it all within. He asks Gurudeva what he can do about it. Gurudeva says that supressing the anger is good that it prevents others from experiencing it but not at all good for the person who is doing it. Gurudeva then suggests not eating the next meal as a form of penance for getting angry. A cyberspace devotee from Brazil asks what is the best way of ending a long relationship. Gurudeva says if a couple is not meant for each other they would not have had a relationship in the first place especially a long relationship which indicates that they are intellectually compatible.
