Sometimes I think I am a lion who is aware of other lions in my family. Sometimes I am a lion experiencing the forest or the rain. But all the time I remember I am aware of these things. I am actually the awareness more than I am a lion. Awareness is like a ball of light that can travel anywhere in the mind. You are that awareness, li le mouse. You are that light, even more than you are a furry body or a mind that thinks. Isn’t that wonderful?
