Yes, you and I and all beings share one mind. is is a wonderful yoga teaching.As an individual awareness, we each move through this one mind in the same way a person travels through San Francisco, or around the Earth. Just like there is a one Earth with many cities and places, there is a one mind with many ideas, feelings and things to experience.
