A meditator, seated upon a lotus with hands posed in sacred mudrās, is realizing his divine essence, the Self God, represented by the Śivaliṅga. His body is filled with light, so transparent we can see through it, as his consciousness touches—in tune with a heart’s beat—into the Self.§
