नरा नार्यश्च नैकाः

Course the breath in appropriate ways through the feminine iḍā and masculine piṅgalā nāḍīs. Seat yourself in agreeable āsanas and, directing the breath within, ascend upward through the triangle-shaped mūlādhāra. Truly, you may see the feet of the Lord who is timeless eternity.§
