You are not just the physical body, your mind or your emotions. You are much more than that. Your true self is a soul, a body of light. Your soul body is very beautiful. It looks like the human body, but it is made of bright blue-white light. Your soul body has many powers, and it never dies. Your soul body has a mind. It is an all-knowing mind of bliss and light. It is the same mind as God Siva’s mind.§

Kamu bukan sahaja terdiri daripada badan fizikal, emosi dan minda. Kamu adalah lebih daripada itu. Keadaan sebenar diri kamu adalah roh iaitu badan yang bercahaya. Roh kamu adalah begitu indah dan cantik sekali. Walaupun ia berbentuk seperti badan manusia, ia sebenarnya terdiri daripada cahaya biru putih yang terang bersinar-sinar. Tu es bien plus que ton corps, ton esprit, ou tes émotions. En réalité tu es une âme, qui est un corps de lumière. Ton âme est un très beau corps, semblable au corps humain, mais fait de lumière blanche bleutée. Il possède de nombreux pouvoirs, il ne meurt jamais. Ce corps—qui est ton âme— possède un esprit de lumière et de joie qui connaît tout. Il est le même esprit que celui de Siva.§
