Affluence and adversity -
Thus they of the world speak.
That is an accursed net imagination spreadeth
To allure the mind.
When will Thou bestow on me Thy benignant glance,
Oh, Thou Pervasive God,
To tear it and discard it
And live in actionless impassivity?
