Lord Siva created the Gods, including Lord Ganesha and Lord Murugan. He created all the three worlds. He create the sun, the moon and the stars. He created the planet Earth. And He created your soul. சிவபெருமான் கணபதி, முருகன் போன்ற தெய்வங்களைப் படைத்தார். அவர் மூன்று உலகங்களைப் படைத்தார். சூரியன், சந்திரன், நட்சத்திரங்கள், பூமி முதலியவற்றைப் படைத்தார். உனது ஆன்மாவையும் படைத்தார். Saivite Hindus worship Lord Siva, the Supreme God. He knows everything that is happening in all the three worlds. He created everything and every soul. He created them from Himself, and so He and the world are always one, and not different. His divine body of light has been seen in visions by great devotees. He governs all the worlds, like a super prime minister. But He does this from deep within everything, not from a separate world above. He created Lord Ganesha and Lord Murugan to help Him. They are highly advanced, powerful souls. Devotees have seen their divine bodies in visions. The Gods guide what happens in all three worlds. They direct the spiritual progress of all souls, just as a mother and father raise their family. Our parents provide us a home, meals, education, care and protection. If we need something special, we humbly ask them for it. In the same way, the Gods look after us, but if we have a need, we can ask. Asking God for something is one type of prayer. Seeking His blessings and thanking Him for all He has given us is another. Temple worship is an effective way to pray. We pray to Lord Ganesha before we start anything new. Then He can guide us to do the right thing and protect us from harm.§

Les Hindous sivaïtes adorent le seigneur Siva, le Dieu Suprême. Siva sait tout ce qui se passe dans chacun des trois mondes. C’est le créateur de toutes choses et de toutes les âmes.
