Color Meditation

Simple five minute color meditation with 12 sadhanas; auric circle, affirmation such as "I am all right right now", pranayama, flooding the aura with colors [ red light, orange aura, yellow aura, green aura, blue aura, lavender aura, gold aura], concentrating on Lord Muruga's Vel, visualising red light inside the head, orange, yellow, green, blue, lavender and gold light, concentrating on being aware of just being aware and meditating on Gurudeva, Kailasa Paramparai and Lord Shiva.
