Bodhinatha's Latest Upadesha: "Detachment from Experiences; Importance of Daily Vigil" (May 5, 2013)

Awareness of aspects of ourselves that are constantly changing is a liberating perception, breaking our chains to mundane areas, detaching from instinctive and intellectual to go into superconscious. I have never seen, anywhere, in my entire life, thus far, happier, healthier, or more loving people, then those who are connected somehow, to the Nandinatha Sampradaya.
Daily Puja, meditation, pure diet, and lots of physical exercise, just make it so simple, to truely embrace, and appreciate life.
Thank you so much, Sat Guru Bodhinatha Veylanswami.
Thank You.
