A picture from guest who came a few days ago. Vasudeva and Kamala Paniker from Pennsylvania and family relatives K. Venugopal and his wife Madhavi from Chicago who are lifetime subscribers of Hinduism Today. The other young couple are newlyweds, Prasant and Donna Radhakrishnan from Oakland, CA visiting for the first time. Prasant is a fusion musician, who combines carnatic music and jazz on his alto saxaphone.
For our "Great Departure" we prefer to be at home in a religious, uplifting environment, in a clear minded high state of consciousness, having resolved all differences and fulfilled all obligations. There is nothing to fear: "Death is a blissful, light filled transition." We then get settled in the inner worlds with like-minded people of similar religious beliefs.
