November 15, 2010Over the retreat we brought in the first of the lumber that we milled in April 2009 and set up to air dry. Here is a photo of several of the piles: camphor, mango, monkeypod, pine and blue gum eucalyptus. These are all trees that would otherwise have been abandoned...

Bodhinatha Landed Safely in Singapore

Padma stones places on the Kodimaram Peedam

Teachers' Day at the Sri Subramuniya Kottam School
November 12, 2010Recently, our Kottam school in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, celebrated the Teachers' Day. The celebrations began with a small pooja. The children garlanded the teachers and thanked them for their service. Also, the children gave speeches honoring their teachers, and read poems.
