Mitigating Bad Thoughts

"Gurudeva, I was feeling low and had bad thoughts and feelings about other. Now that I feel better, can I do something to cancel out those thoughts?" This is the question posed to Gurudeva from a devotee. Wouldn't you like to know the answer?

For consistent progress, sadhana should be performed regularly, without fail, at the same time each day, preferably in the early hours before dawn.
