Gurudeva says that by looking at those around the guru one can discern the qualities of the guru as they reflect the inner qualities of the guru. Another cyber devotee wonders if someone develops mental illness can they be cured in this lifetime or do they need to be reborn. Gurudeva says that from a Hindu perspective there is no such thing as a mental illness. With a firm philosophical background we see things as the way they are not as we want them to be.
