December 30th Homa
December 30, 2012After a wonderful retreat which included Ardra Darshanam, the monks return to their regular schedule and activities. The temple is still very zingy from the festival, so this homa was quite powerful. Satguru Bodhinatha gave an upadesha about all the little worries, doubts, and conflicts which can get in the way of our true nature. All the many little leaves which can cover up the sun.
An offering to the sacred fire
Senthilnathaswami is the pujari today, assisted by Sadhaka Mayuranatha
Bodhinatha offers the prayers to the fire, for them to be read by the devas in the second world
The moon has been beautiful these last few days, in the morning it sets over the mountains
