Carving Continues in Bangalore

This is one of the four pavkal or roof stones.

Manikandan is marking the next level of ornamentation design for these stones.

Two of the stones are at this at this stage of carving.

This stone is still catching up. Silpi Ganesan is working hard to get it ready.

Silpi Rajendran is working on the other piece which is almost ready for its final marking.

From this point there is still an easy 3-4 months of work. In the corners of the square area will be a parrot motif.

This is a 48 petal lotus design, such a intricate piece for Iraivan has not been done so far. We are eager to see how it manifests.
