Coming Home
July 19, 2014The long journey home was broken for a day and a half in Singapore. There we were able to meet with members for a day.
They took us, over two dozen in all as a few had flown in from Malaysia for the day, to the amazing, three-year-old Garden by the Bay. It's a $billion garden and lives up to what one Singaporean said, "Singapore has mastered the art of the man-made garden."
For two hours we ambled through a giant space covered by glass, and holding tens of thousands of plants.
That afternoon there were vratas given by Bodhinatha and a dinner together. A few rose early to meet us at 4am for our departure to Japan enroute to Honolulu and home.

At the Singapore airport, on our way.
