Two varieties of wingbean. One is green the other is a new variety called Red wingbean. This fruits in the off-season

Rambutan tree in season. In the center of the tree is a bamboo stick with a bag tied to it. This deters small green parrots from eating all the fruit

Malabar Spinach, tastes a little like seaweed, very healthy!

Sadhaka Dayanatha harvests okra from one of our six beds, we bring in 15-20lbs a week!!!
