Restored Bench on Grounds

One of the benches on the property broke, so our very own Sadhaka Tejadevanatha made a new one.

A slab of concrete has been poured and put in place. Its ready for grinding smooth.

Special forms were made to fit with the old design

The original granite posts were not damaged, so the new slab will fit right in place

Paramacharya Sadasivanathaswamiji works with Sadhaka on the bench placement near Iraivan Temple. Swamiji is a master backhoe operator.

The Sadhaka look up to our Swamis because their humility only gets stronger and stronger as the years go by. This order of monks is unusual. Unlike most orders of monks, the eldest Swamis here do physical labor right next to the youngest.

Soon the new part of the bench will weather some, and the three pieces will look uniform
